Why the seminars exist.
We started the seminar series because first-time buyers kept arriving at the same point with the same questions: How much can I spend? What does a lender look at? What happens between an offer and the keys?
Too often, people learned the answers in the middle of a purchase, when there was little time to plan and a lot at stake. The seminars move that learning to the beginning. Guests work out a budget, look at their own credit reports and understand the steps to closing before they tour a single home.
When guests are ready to buy, they come back with a plan. When they are not, they leave knowing what to work on, and that is a good outcome too.
